201row: RARE Old Views: Columbia Campus, Rowing Team. Hand colored, engraved images from the August 17th, 1878 issue of Harper’s Weekly. Title is "C-O-L-U-M-B-I-A!" Included are portraits of five members of Columbia’s rowing team. There are also three images of buildings on the Columbia campus, and a view of the Henley Visitors’ Challenge Cup, which Columbia was attempting to win at the time. The bottom two images show scenes on the Thames River in England, where the Henley Regatta was held. 16x22 in. $90



203row: Old 1889 View: Yale Rowing Crew in their Boat. Large, hand colored engraving from Harper’s Weekly, titled "The Yale Varsity Crew Out for a Spin with their Coach." Shows a close-up view of the Yale crew’s boat, with rowers seated at the oars. This print would be perfect for anyone with an interest in Yale’s rowing team! 16x22 in.

205row: 1874 Rowing Regatta, Saratoga Springs New York. This is a spectacular print. It is a very large, hand colored, wood-engraved scene from the July 25, 1874 issue of Harper's Weekly. The print is titled "Saratoga Springs and Vicinity--Scene of the Inter-Collegiate Regatta." It shows a view of Saratoga Springs from the air, with Saratoga Lake in the foreground. Long rowboats are on the lake, racing towards one end. This print is in excellent condition, and it would look beautiful in a frame! Size is 21x31 inches!!
