1750 Marine Life Print: Seals, Otter. This hand-colored copper engraving was printed in 1750 by a French publisher. The print is titled, "Histoire Naturelle." It shows three sea mammals, each of which is named at the bottom of the print: 1) La Loutre du Canada; 2) Le Phoque des Indes; and 3) Le Morse.
Excellent condition.
