003whor: 1890 Scenes of Indians and Cavalry. Hand colored, old wood engraving is from an 1890 issue of Frank Leslie's (German version). Engraving shows three scenes of Indians on horses, Indians surrounded by a cavalry and the cavalry on horses. Each scene is accompanied by German text. 11x16 in. $40


005whor: 1890 Pioneer on Horse by Frederic Remington. Engraving by Frederic Remington was published in an 1890 issue of Harper's Weekly. It shows an old pioneer riding his horse and is titled, "A Sage-Brush Pioneer."
