1888 Humorous Ice Skating Scene. Engraved image from Harper's Weekly, titled "An 'Adept' in the Art of Skating." Shows a young man talking with two women, attempting to impress them with tales of his skating ability. The back of his jacket and pants are covered with snow, indicating that he was not as adept as he said he was. 11x16 in.

This item is a program from the 1944 Shipstads and Johnson Ice Follies. It contains photos of the performers, information on the different acts of the show, and advertisements from sponsors. It is in very good condition. Cover is beginning to split along the spine, but it is still attached with the original staples.
